Rajasthan Royal Takes Part in Three Day Camp Before IPL 2018 Begins

Few more days are left for Indian Premier League 2018, the 11th edition of Indian Premier League to begin. All the teams are bucking up and practicing a lot to compete well in IPL 2018. A three-day camp is being organized at the Cricket Club of India’s Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai and Rajasthan Royals Team 2018 have taken part in the three-day camp.

According to sources, out of all the players in the Rajasthan Royals Team 2018, seven players will be undergoing extensive training at the three day camp in Mumbai under the mentorship of Zubin Bharucha. These three days in the camp, all the players who are attending the camp will sweat out and sharpen their batting, knocking down some pins and handling abilities by playing practice matches and experiencing fitness drills. On the very beginning of the camp, the likes of Aryaman Birla, Mahipal Lomror, S Midhun and Jatin Saxena attended the camp from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Ajinkya Rahane, who was the part of India’s South Africa tour, has already returned to India. He also visited the camp and had an intuitive session with the players. He gave essential tips to the young players. Ranjit Barthakur, Executive Chairman of Rajasthan Royals, talked about the arrangement ahead with Rahane. Sources also say that three more camps are scheduled to be organized by Rajasthan Royals for the training of the players, before the season of IPL 2018 begins. Rajasthan Royals Team 2018 will be playing the tournament this year, after a gap of 2 years. Therefore, the players are very much excited and making themselves full on ready to compete with the rivals in the tournament.  Vice president of Rajasthan Royals, Rajeev Khanna said “We promise to deliver great value and bring back the best excitement which the city missed in the last four years. This has been a lucky ground for us and hence we are hoping to have the best season of IPL in 2018. Presently we are eagerly waiting when the Rajasthan Cricket Association can hand over the stadium to us so that we can start with camps here. BCCI team has been visiting here to monitor the progress being made in the stadium.”
